Ayobami Olu-Bamisaye is a Nigerian-American engineer and the founder of REANsolar, a renewable-energy platform transforming how clean power flows across Africa.
Before founding REANsolar, she supported multi-million-dollar capital projects at a government agency in California and worked in power systems engineering at a leading U.S. utility. Where she advanced reliability, grid modernization, and equitable design. She has mentored young engineers and led initiatives that merge technical precision with social purpose.
Her vision was shaped on both sides of the Atlantic: the precision of American infrastructure and the urgency of African innovation. Through REANsolar, Ayobami is building a new energy economy. One where access is circular, affordable, and sovereign.
